Fish is great source of protein, but did you know that fish heads are a great source of iodine and the thyroid gland?
Whole Intentions, a food blog written by Paula Miller, specialises in healthy foods. This post is called ‘Fish Heads in my Stock Pot’ and it explains the health benefits of making fish stock from fish heads.
